If I burn the hair on my balls will the hair grow back?

I may have been involved in a sexual incident that I wish to not go into to detail about. Suffice it to say, my ball hair was burnt off. That said, this incident may be desired by myself and the wondrous lady involved to occur once again because of the arousal and enjoyment involved in the said act (among others :) ). Will the hair return? Am I at risk?
