I was frigid with my 1st bf, I'm scare that this will happen with my next? 10 points!?

Ok, my bf is very attractive and we have chemistry... we connect very well. But sometimes I see him as a close friend and sometimes I see him romantically. But when we make out I feel no arousal, I don't know why. I'm not frigid I'm a lovable person, have a sense of humor, laugh, hug, touch and etc. Also when I had my first crush I'd feel butterflies and tingling sensation just thinking about him and seeing him but I dont feel that with my 1st bf. I told him we can only make out because I wont go further with him plus I have respect for myself and waiting until I'm in love. But he'd did everything to turn me on caressed my neck, he licked it, licked my ears but he didn't go to the other levell since I told himno... I know he had a hard on and etc but can a guy tell when you don't feel arousal or hotness?
