I've been aroused for three days straight?

I'm female and since Saturday night, I have been in a state of constant arousal. It's so bad it's physically causing me mild pain. I've tried everything. Ice cold showers, thinking of the most disgusting thing I could, Actually getting off ( borderline 100 times at least) It won't stop! What can I do?
