Can not find another job?

im 16, and i work only one day a week at my uncles bakery. i work 7a.m-3p.m and my hours got cut down to 7a.m-12p.m and i REALLY need a job. i have called multiple places multiple times after applying, and just simply cannot find a job. they wont even give me an interview. i am a good looking,presentable guy so i know when i meet the manager they dont decide not to hire due to my appearance. i just dont understand. any tips on how to get hired? i currently make $9 an hour but minimum wage is fun.
