What happens during sex with a uterus that has a septum?

So, my doctor recently told me that I have a septum that runs down my uterus all the way into my cervix, but not into the vagina. I was reading about the cervix and read something that said "during arousal, blood flows to the genital area, and sexual excitement causes the upper two-thirds of the vagina to lengthen by forcing the cervix and uterus to ascend." ... If the cervix and uterus ascends does the septum also ascend or does it stay in place? because sex feels different sometimes for me?
