Unwanted Sexual Arousal caused by sounds.?

I have had this issue for almost all of my life, but I have been too embarrassed to seek help for it. I experience extreme unwanted arousal from certain sounds, specifically the sound of people eating and the sounds of a dog licking himself. It is so bad that i cant be around my family during meals or whenever they are eating. Sometimes i need to masturbate afterwards to get rid of the feelings and that makes me feel disgusting.Also, when i have these feelings I get extremely angry and lash out at the person making the sound. I don't know what to do, and its really affecting my life.
