Lower rib makes guys "stand up" if you know what I mean?

So today some girls that I know said they wanted to test something on me, and sort of stroked the bottom of the lowest rib on my left side. It sort of... Ah... Well let's just say I suspect the purpose is arousal in as physical a form as can occur in a guy, if you know what I mean. Has anyone heard of that?
