Arousal a compliment to massage therapist?

I would imagine that slight arousal of the customer would mean the massage feels good. Sometimes I fall asleep and sometimes I wake up...like really wake up if you catch my drift. Each time I feel really good afterwards. Does the therapist look at arousal as vulgar or as a compliment?
